They are responsible for preparing an outreach plan that includes target audience and appropriate venue and method of communication, such as website, education, newsletter, Public Service Announcements, logo, bumper sticker, and watershed "Help Desk."

They are responsible for identifying watershed areas critical for drinking water protection and watershed areas suitable for future growth.

Their tasks include determining gaps in Water Quality Monitoring and developing a water quality monitoring plan for the watershed that includes citizen monitoring.

Their responsiblities include preparing a list of existing data and working with the Land Information Committee to develop maps of watershed areas critical for drinking water protection.
